Hi, my name is Shirley Lincicum. I live in Monmouth, Oregon. There isn’t much in Monmouth besides Western Oregon University, where I currently work as a librarian. Outside of work, I have a number of interests, including figure skating, performing in community theater productions, and playing with my spunky pound puppy Powder and her K-9 friends.
